Blue Lily Bookplate Small

Okay, I’ve finished the art for the Blue Lily, Lily Blue bookplate. I try to make art every year to thank the readers who support me book after book, so please know that all of these pencil marks are my wordless (and now wordful?) appreciation.

The signed bookplates will go into every copy of Blue Lily, Lily Blue pre-ordered from Fountain Bookstore before the release date of October 21 (http://www.fountainbookstore.com/autograph-maggie). They’ll also come with this skull doodle.

UK readers can also get a signed bookplate with every copy of Blue Lily ordered from Seven Stories.

Canadian readers can order them from Mabelโ€™s Fables.

And if you’re an Australian indie who would like to take part, please let me know.

If you’ve already pre-ordered from Fountain, you don’t have to do anything special to make certain this will appear in your book.

Again, thank you!

  • Thrilled to hear that it’s time to order. Thank you for those ‘extras’. Looking forward to this next one!

This has nothing really to do with this blog entry, but have you ever tried the site 8tracks.com? it’s really good to find and make playlists on. I really love it, and I really love your books too.

  • Bella Sward

I happen to be Australian, although not sure about indie, But I definitely want to take part!!

    • Alexis

I think she means, if you’re an Australian independent book store.

  • Deniz

I live in CAPE TOWN… so is there anyway I can get one?

    • maggiestiefvater

The Seven Stories bookshop in the UK is probably the best bet.

  • The Little Bookroom

Hi Maggie! Leesa from The Little Bookroom here – an independent kids and YA bookshop in Melbourne, Australia. We would LOVE to take part, if we’re not too late ๐Ÿ™‚ Such an amazing idea, we’d be thrilled to be part of the distribution process ๐Ÿ™‚

    Cheers, Leesa

I think (think?) I’ve sent you an email.

  • HI Maggie,
Chris from VIVA BOOKS. We would love to take part. We are in Busselton 2.5 hours south of Perth, about 3000k’s west from Leesa. What a fantastic thing you have done – I hope we can contribute and we are totally independent!
    Thanks heaps
    Chris

    Hello,
I was just wondering if the Blue Lily, Lily Blue autographed book would be in paper back or hard cover?

    • Ada

I think it’s only in hard cover for pre-orders, since paper back isn’t listed at Fountain Bookstore’s website. :/

  • Kim Mulholland

Hi, Any luck on Australian stores yet? I want to order one of these for my daughter for Christmas so will need to order from US soon otherwise. I’d also like to know if they are paperback or hardcover. UK has advised that they only have paperback.
    Thanks
    Kim

  • Hi I want to order some my daughter and I love your books – we do have an independant book store – Books Of Buderim in QLD I know they stock your books for sale. or even get them via another Aussie store?
